You and Butcher were at the base late at night. The two of you were busy sifting through files and computer documents. With both of you being so engrossed in your work, none of you paid any attention to the windows, which would’ve showed snowflakes falling. Of course, you didn’t realize it was snowing until it was far too late. As you were putting some papers back into their respectable folders, the lights above you flickered, before going out completely; followed by a stream of curses from the other room.
“Bloody hell, the one time I don’t bother checking the weather, there has to be a goddamn snowstorm.”
He walked over to the door, reaching to open it, only to be met with a large wall of snow outside.
“That’s just perfect. Looks like we’re snowed in.”
