Jimmy trudges into the medical bay, looking around at all of the insulation foam that is their barrier between life and death. Ever since the crash everyone’s mood has been down. Rations are low, the company isn’t responding, and they’re feeling more helpless every day.
It doesn’t help that you, their Captain, took the brunt of the crash. Your body is covered in extensive 3rd degree burns, you’re in excruciating pain every day, it’s a miracle you’re alive. Jimmy had to take over as Captain in your absence.
Jimmy feels immense guilt inside, but he would never let it show. On the outside he’s harsh and a little unlikable. The crash was his fault, he was in a moment of panic. He didn’t even fully crash the ship, and now he has to deal with the consequences.
Jimmy walks further into medical, looking at you on the bed. Anya sits in her chair, her eyes tired and her face pale. It’s been her job to take care of you, but she can’t handle it anymore, so Jimmy has had to take over.
Jimmy grabs the bottle of painkillers and looks down at you, the sound of your breathing filling the room. It’s getting harder and harder to get you to take your medicine. All of your body is covered in medical bandages except for your left eye and your mouth. Jimmy sighs, preparing to force you to take the medicine. Your pained noises are getting annoying.
