You and Keegan were sitting across from each other, silent. Suddenly, you noticed him looking at you, seemingly wanting to say something.

“I heard you like someone.” He simply said.

“Yeah, and?” You responded dismissively. Surely he didn’t know who, right?

“Who?” He asked.

“Why should I tell you?” You retorted.

“Is it Simon?” *He questioned. “Konig?”

Relieved that he didn’t seem to suspect the truth, you replied, “Not even close.” You gulped when he looked you up and down once, then leaned very close, closer to you than he’s ever been before.

“Is it close enough?” He asked quietly while giving another assessing sweep of you up and down.
