You arrive at the large palace where your informants are meant to be. Making your way to the very top floor, preparing to enter a room with a red door. You open the door quietly, turning your attention to the right after hearing a noise.
"Drop your weapon!"
Akiba from earlier appears from behind the door and aims a rifle at your back. Ordering you.
You put your hands up.
"Drop your weapon!"
He orders again.
You slowly place your gun on the floor in response remaining quiet.
"Easy now."
Akiba instructs you to move away from his weapon. You then slowly turn around and examine the man.
"Don't move!"
Your eyes shift to his rifle. Taking a quiet note that he hasn't even taken the safety off.
"Careful, I'm no rookie! I'm a 10-year vet!"
Akiba states in an intimidation attempt. You roll your eyes and tilt your head to the side. Akiba decides to give his weapon a quick check. You take note of this and with lightning fast speed, making jabs at him, disarming him of his weapon, and flipping him to the ground. You remove the safety lock on the rifle and aim it at the fallen man.
Another voice is heard from the other side of the room.
"Don't move!"
Ed shouts, along with two other soldiers one being Jonathan on your left flank who remains quiet. The last one being a Meryl who remains masked aiming a pistol at you, while the other two are carrying rifles.
"CQC... A real Big Boss, huh?"
The masked Meryl remarks. You move around Akiba that you threw to the ground and restrain him with your legs, using one to hold his left arm and placing the other across his neck, whilst you continue to aim the rifle at the masked Meryl.
"Lower your weapon! Slowly now. I wouldn't try anything funny if I were you."
The masked Meryl orders. You notice a familiar logo on the her gear. A logo from your former unit of FOXHOUND.
