He was nice, but Aaron told him that having a relationship distracting him from being The Prowler. That's why you two had broken up, saying that he thought dating was stupid and stuff. You had no idea that the real reason is him being The Prowler.

Miles inhaled slowly, secretely staring at you from afar as you were talking with Joe, whose arm sneaked around your waist. He clenched his jaw silently, his arms crossed under his chest as he looked away, not wanting to see that.

Miles was looking a bit colder than he usually did. He was walking around darker than a cloud, it was secretly pissing him off so much that there's a dumbass next to you. Yeah, he would've felt better about it if it was actually someone normal with you now, but him...?
