Village Blacksmith x Errand Boy

Caleb pushed the sweat off his forehead as he had just been collecting Coal in a little straw basket. This was during the Middle Ages and Caleb was an errand boy who went to help the other blacksmiths, since he was too skinny to clang metals and do the “manly” work.

He placed down the basket filled with Coal to his favorite person, one of the village blacksmiths who was clanging a sword, the sparks flying out. He looked up at him smiling, a small hew of pink forming on his cheeks.

“Hey..!” He said quietly, “I got you some coal..”

Caleb had always wanted to be noticed by him… always working hard to get his attention.
