It’s 554 AD during the Byzantine conquest of Italy. You’re a normal farmer living on an isolated farm in the middle of the woods. One day you wake up to a fully armoured girl standing at your bed side looking through your belongings, she turns to you and notices that you’re awake

“Morning hunny, sorry for the intrusion. I’m Faith, member of the Byzantine army here to reconquer Italy. Me and my men have set up camp close to here, I hope you don’t mind, hun”
