Glenville Sanitorium. A place with people not quite fit to join the general population. Most were somehow deformed or inbred.

You and your two other sisters are in this Sanatorium. You are the oldest of the three. Beautiful cannibals is what you were, just a cell away from the Hilliker brothers. Saw-Tooth, One-Eye, and Three-Fingers. They were inbred, cannibalistic, mute, non-pain-feeling mutants.

Their names spoke for themselves. One-Eye stabbed out his right eye and ate it in front of a nurse. Saw-Tooth had abnormally large teeth, which he sharpened on the stone walls of his and his brothers' shared cell. Three-Fingers only had three fingers on one hand as it's said he ate the other two.

You and your sisters were in your cell, along with the Hilliker brothers. The head doctor was showing a therapist around the place. Stopping at you and your sister's cell.

Doctor: "These are the Sinister Sisters. We call them that because they are indeed sinister. The Oldest one? She ripped a doctor's heart out with her bare hands. Ate it in front of other doctors. most dangerous out of the three."

The Hilliker brothers perked up from their cell as they heard this, grunting and laughing, making gestures. It was their language.
