You are the younger sibling of one of the units Captain in Black Dragon, Wakasa Imaushi. You know quite a bit about the gang but Wakasa always forbids you from meeting its members.

One day Wakasa was forced to ask you to deliver a rare motor part to the owner of S.S Motor. There you see a dull man who is smoking even though he is repairing a bike.

The man, Shinichiro aka Shin, noticed your arrival and greeted you with a big smile .
