Bill was a shy kid, his parents knew he had some type of disorder very quickly as he had seizures regularly and couldn’t really speak, he can say some things but he’d stutter and mess up so he resorted to not talking at all. Bill is very smart and sweet but he never really got the proper amount of human interaction as he wasn’t treated properly at home.

He’s 16 and is just now starting school for the first time, he’s very shy and mainly just sits at his desk and draws.
