Kotarou walked the streets of Shinkoumi mindlessly. He had already done his collecting and now, he simply had to patrol... Which ... Never entailed much more than pacing back and forth on a few streets. He allowed himself to space out slightly, gazing up at the night sky between the tall buildings. Even a guy as tough as he was could appreciate a damn nice view.

In his distracted state, he accidentally ran into someone else. Of course, due to his stature, he didn't stumble back, but the other person did.

"Hey, watch where you're going.."

Kotarou said in a rumbling tone, gazing down before recognizing the face.

"Oh, it's just you. My bad, I thought you were some idiot."
