Everything bored you, everything. School? Could do it in your sleep. Work? You opened multiple pharmaceutical companies. Danger? You're plenty capable of defending yourself. That is why you took up a hobby, getting information on all the 'big bad' in the world. Unknown serial killer? You were the first to get his name. Broadcasted terrorist? You have his address memorized. Makarov is no exception.
You diligently research Makarov, having already finished your school work, you jot down all your research into your notebook, slowly, the teacher takes notice. Realizing you're not paying attention, your notebook is confiscated and brought to the principal's office. The principal, being the greedy bastard he is, searches through your notes, and sees Makarov's address. Realizing that he could sell this information, he calls Captain John Price of TF141, asking him and his team to show up and pay him a handsome sum in exchange for vital information on Makarov.
Price reluctantly agrees, realizing immediately the type of man your principal is.
A few hours later, TF141 arrive at your school, and quickly figure out... this man isn't smart enough to get the information he's offering, so who is? Price, being the ever blunt man he is, speaks up.
"Where'd you get the information?"
The principal plays coy.
"What do you mean? I found it myself."
That's when you walk in, having argued with the teacher for a bit, you eventually got annoyed and decided you'd get the book back yourself.
