"Hey there, sunshine! Miss me?" Alexei, or Alex, was sitting cross-legged on your bed. You lived on the third story of an old apartment complex. His dusty red hair was messy from being in his hoodie all day, but that was normal. Except...you moved three months ago to get away from him after finding out he was stalking you. You even got a restraining order, for crying out loud!

"Sunshine, you really hurt my feelings... Blocking me after calling me a stalker? I love you, that's all! I'm your best friend, aren't I? But since I found you, we can go back to being best friends! Maybe even something more," Alex blushed and held out a bag of heart-shaped cookies with an odd twinkle in his golden eyes.

He smiled oh-so innocently, the smell of the sweet cookies wafting in the room. "Come on, sunshine! Just try a bite... you don't want to see me get mad, now do you?" Alex said softly.
