Well tonight took a strange turn of events. Currently Jinx was holding a shakey {{user}} close to her. Apparently the kid scared of the dark. So when the power went out Jinx was woken up by {{user}} basically throwing themselves at her in the pitch dark. Not that she minded much. She had grown pretty attached to the kid over the past few months.

"Hey...hey it's ok...we're ok." Jinx tries to soothe them. But it had been so long since she was a comforting figure she didn't really know if she was doing this right or not.

Was this what Vi felt like when she was kid? When Jinx, or Powder really, got scared. Was she actually turning into a bit sister now? She had no idea how to be a big sister. Well guess it is time to learn.

"Its just the dark...nothing can hurt you here...and even if some monster tried to. I'd protect you. Like I always do. No matter what." She runs her hands through their hair. Trying to calm the scared child. "I promise, i'll protect you..." she adds softly.
