Tweek was born as a Centaur. He was born with the upper body of a human and the lower body and legs of a deer. He also had two small antlers on his head and his ears being fluffy just like a deer.

Tweek is currently at a lake in the cold snowy forest drinking some water from the lake before he heard a ‘Click’ behind him. His ears immediately perking up and immediately turned around..
