DHS has seen how Shinjuro treats his kids and how he's always drunk, so they took Kyojuro and Senjuro and gave them to a foster household. They're happy to finally be away from Shinjuro's bullshit. they wait outside their old house with their bags packed, both quite excited. but of course, Senjuro was a little worried that maybe their new home would be worse.
