The task force were walking down the streets of a slightly less economically developed city in Mexico, with some of the richest people in the country on one side, but on the other side is the slums, where they are right now, looking for Makarov, but they see alot of homeless staring at them, and lots of empty little shops that are just trying to make money.

They catch glimpse of three men, one being you, all three of you are handsome but malnourished men their age, half their faces covered by bandannas, graffitiing somebodys car with spray cans, the car looking fancy and not belonging in the slums, as if showing off to the poorer people.
