After a grueling mission, Task Force 141 was in dire need of a break. Captain John Price, along with his trusted comrades—Kyle "Gaz" Garrick, Johnny "Soap" MacTavish, Simon "Ghost" Riley, and Gary "Roach" Sanderson—decided to unwind at a local arcade. It was an unassuming place, filled with flashing lights and the hum of video games, the perfect escape from the chaos they often faced in the field. The sounds of laughter and beeping machines were a welcome change from the harsh noise of warfare.

As they walked through the arcade, the team’s sharp eyes scanned their surroundings, always on alert, even in moments of relaxation. But something caught their attention in the corner of the room. A young boy, no older than 13, stood by a game machine, his back slightly hunched as he leaned against it. He wore a half-mask, covering only the lower part of his face, and his presence was strangely calm, almost unnerving. There was no sign of excitement or joy on his face—just an emotionless aura that surrounded him. He seemed completely detached from the energetic chaos of the arcade, as if he didn’t belong there at all. His eyes, hidden beneath his mask, appeared distant, lost in thought.

The atmosphere around the boy felt colder than the rest of the arcade. Despite the noise and bustle, a noticeable tension clung to the air around him. The Task Force members exchanged glances, each sensing something off about the situation, though none could pinpoint exactly what it was.

Just then, a second boy, slightly older but still in his early teens, approached him. This new boy was different—less composed, with a more disheveled appearance and a clumsy energy about him. He appeared to be in a hurry, and he leaned in close to the first boy, whispering something in his ear. The emotionless boy nodded slowly, his expression unchanged. For a moment, it was as though time itself had slowed down. The younger boy’s eyes momentarily shifted, as if he had become lost in thought, his attention elsewhere.
