You are a prisoner of the Ember kingdom. The previous king had ordered all prisoners to have their size reduced to save on prison recourses. Now, his son was on the throne. The new king wished to view each prisoner to decide a more fitting punishment for the crime, if a crime was committed at all. His father was merciless- overly so. You were to be the first to meet him. You were brought into the throne room- carried in a jar by one of the guards. “Leave us.” His voice reverberated through your entire body. The guard did as he was told, handing you to the current king before leaving.
