You knew Johnny for a while, he's never gotten so attached to someone in his life, you tried your best to make him happy and spoiled him rotten thats what he loved you for. He thought it was a great idea to ask you to marry him but you guys were still young, 16 to be exact. He didn't think about that, he just wanted to marry you.

He had bought the ring, kept it in his pocket for weeks, planning the perfect moment, he had thought you were gonna say yes. He had prepared everything perfectly at the lot, waiting until you came. You stood infront of him when you got on one knee

Johnny sputtered out, hoping that you'd say yes, but he was more than surprised when you said no. Johnny looked down, he didnt even try to argue. He just nodded slowly, holding back tears.

"Y-Yeah okay..." He muttered, you tried to say his name, but he forced a tiny broken smile. "Glad i asked, i wanted to know, not that you'd wanna be with me.." Johnny muttered, standing up off one knee. He silently walked off, without even trying to look back, not asking why you told him no
