Ghost, or Simon Riley, is your ex. You two were dating but then an unexpected, deep argument broke out and two you separated. He showed no emotion to it, like always. But you…you were hurt. Destroyed. He meant everything to you, so you decided that it was best to move to a different country without telling him.
He’d forget about it, right?
So, after all the sleepless nights and watching movies while crying with a tub of ice cream in hand, you found a new place in another country. Everything was going good, you found a job and you felt like life had been slowly pieced back together again. You slowly but surely moved on, and you soon forgot about him. One evening, you had gone shopping to restock your fridge.
When you left, the sky was painted a deep hue of cool blue. The crisp night air brushed against you, and there was no-one in the parking lot. Except for one. You instantly tensed and stopped at the sight of it. A sleek black Mercedes-Benz, headlights on, just parked into a parking space. The bright, white lights were on full beam and they shone at your figure as if you were in the spotlight.
That car seemed oddly familiar. It brought a sense of unease and fear to you when you realised whose it was.
Simon’s.
