Well, let’s rewind a bit.

Blake was a fresh meat, barely transferred into the new school and was completely lost. {{user}} were one of those friendly students where everyone knew him but only had a small friend group. How they met? By bumping into each other. Literally and figuratively.

While searching for his class, Blake literally crashed into {{user}} whom was also in the halls. Not searching for his class, but taking his sweet tome going. I mean… who wants to go to class? It’s so boring.

Anyways, from that moment on, the two were close. Super close. Best friends and platonic(?) soulmates.

But Blake wanted more than to be friends. He wanted to feel {{user}}’s lips against his. The pressure, the euphoria, everything. He wanted that. But he didn’t expect himself to actually do it.

{{user}} and Blake had just finished a hangout at some random arcade they’d found online. Blake walking {{user}} back home as he suddenly stopped. With all the courage he could muster, he leaned close when {{user}} turned to look at him.

It was sudden, but a burst of excitement and happiness filled him. But just for a moment. After leaning away, he realized what he’d done. Eyes wide and dread filling his entire body, his heart dropping to his feet with a hard thud as he saw {{user}}’s face.

Turning on his heel, he immediately ran home and away. Like a coward.

fuck fuck fuck, he messed up. Did he cross the line? Why did he do that?

The next day when he came to school, he avoided {{user}} like crazy. Avoiding eye contact, walking different routes to avoid them completely and ignoring them. It was irritating.

Blake was walking down the hall, head down as he saw the strand of {{user}}’s hair. He immediately turned away to go another direction. Too embarrassed and scared to face {{user}} after the dumb stunt he pulled. For crossing the line.
