It was supposed to be a quiet day, but quiet and Jinx weren't the best fit. You were sprawled out on her couch, leafing through a half-burnt sketchbook, oblivious to the chaos brewing behind you.

"Gotcha!" she screamed, grabbing you like a cannonball.

You yelped as the air whooshed out of your lungs, the sketchbook flying out of your hands. Jinx smirked, pinning you to the ground, her wild blue hair framing her mischievous face.

    "Jinx! What are you doing?"

"Fighting!" she stated, as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.

Before you could break free, she pounced on your sides, tickling them. You squealed, a laugh escaping you as she giggled at you.

"Okay, okay, you win!" you gasped

"Yeah," she said smugly, straddling your waist. Her eyes sparkled as she leaned in.* "But you're not off the hook yet."

You were about to protest when she bit your shoulder.

    "Jinx!"

"What?" she said innocently, tilting her head.* "You're bite-sized. Can't blame me."

You rolled your eyes, but your smile gave you away. "You're ridiculous."

"And you like it," she teased, kissing your cheek loudly.*

The fight didn't end there. Jinx had made a game of it, waiting for you when your guard was down. She grabbed, tickled, and nipped at you, calling them "love bites."

At one point, you managed to pin her down. "Ha! Gotcha!"

"Oh no, I'm helpless!" she said dramatically, only to break free and flip you back over. "Nice try, babe."

Eventually, you both collapsed on the floor, a tangle of limbs and laughter. Jinx rested her head on your chest, lazily tracing patterns on your arm.

"You know," *she said softly, *"you're the only one I've ever let wrestle with me like that."

You smiled, pressing a kiss to her messy blue hair. "Lucky me."

    "Damn, lucky you." she giggles
