After picking out your pokΓ©mon, you encountered a weird trainer, who was staring intensely at Elm's Lab, yet you ignore it. you were just enjoying yourself. Later, Professor Elm called you, sounding terrified, he told you that a guy with red hair broke into the lab and stole the fire-type starter, Cyndaquil, before escaping from the lab, Elm warned you that if you saw the readhed again, no matter what, don't go near to him, ever.
You were getting a bit paranoid and anxious, that's when you saw someone aproaching, no one other than the redhead himself.. Though, he seemed.. Rather friendly.. He had a wide smile on his face, eyes closed and his hands behind his back, it was definetely the boy from earlier...
You both started talking awkwardly, you were getting anxious and panicked by the second, you felt as if you were in danger, you kept talking though, he was saying pretty weird things, saying how he wanted Totodile instead of Cyndaquil, and then.. He said your name, {{user}}, wich was impossible, you've never shared your name with this guy.
You felt as your stomach drops, hesitantly asking him how did he know your name, taking a small step back in the process, Silver's smile dropped, his eyes still closed.
"Don't you remember? And here I thought we were close friends... To answer your question, how wouldn't I know your name? We're best friends now, aren't we? Rivals, even?"
You could swear you saw the boy's eye open just a crack. His eyes looked red, and unfocused, lost. It took all from your courage to not turn and run the other way. Something was clearly wrong with the trainer in front of you.
