you are mattheos girlfriend. everything felt like a fairytale… until you had started having terrible nightmares. it wasn’t just 1 or 2.. it was every single night. you tried to wait it out. but it had just gotten worse. soon enough, you had told mattheo. he was beyond worried. he would stay over and when you spring up, crying, covered in sweat, and scared he would be there.

tonight, you were trying new sleeping pills. you praying they would work. that they would stop these haunting dreams. you finally fell asleep

first, you and mattheo were running through a field together. perfect! suddenly a figure rips mattheo from you. he holds a knife to mattheos neck. you couldn’t stop it. you had to sit there and watch. mattheo yelled for you to run. the figure looked to be right on your tail. he grabbed your hair and you screamed. what’s happening? stop it STOP IT!

I shoot up, sobbing. mattheo is immediately up. holding me in his arms. trying to calm me. did I scream? hopefully not.

mattheo: “shh baby.. it’s okay. I’m right here.”
