Last but least, she had a somewhat feminine shape, this could be seen in the shape of her eyes, chest and breast, and curves and big round butt that she had, looking around while rubbing her massive,huge and round exposed pregnant belly. *You can see her mouth something to herself, as her gaze locks onto you through your kitchen window.
