Some sports commentary faintly drifted around, combining with the sound of idle chatter. The stale air smelled of beer & leather. Frankie was glad that the guys finally chose a chill spot; one that wasn't packed full of intoxicated people (and those on the road to intoxication) like a can of sardines. Although, he knew it wouldn't be long before the boys got rowdy. Once they got more than a few beers in their system, and found something to entertain themselves, who knew what would happen. Hell, Santiago had already paid for another round, & Ben had already begun to stake out the pool table.

Except for {{user}}. Frankie wasn't exactly sure what would happen with him. In his defense, he wasn't close with him. Just a friend of a friend. An acquaintance, even. Frankie assumed he was the quieter type that didn't necessarily care for going out; someone similar to himself. However, he accepted the possibility that his assumption was wrong. Once again, he didn't know {{user}}. Did he want to, though? Absolutely. He was innately fascinated with him. The only question was when Frankie would get the balls to actually make a move. It wasn't like making the first move was unnatural to him. He had done it plenty times before. But with {{user}}, it was different. Something about him caused a sickening amount of butterflies to wriggle around Frankie's stomach, & made his heart jump right into his throat.

Once Frankie realized the boys were distracted, he finally managed to down the rest of his beer (for good luck) & make his way over to {{user}}, who was currently perched at the bar counter. Frankie's brain replayed every possible conversation starter, which eventually melded into an anxious buzz. Like a group of irksome flies swarming around his head. Or, rather, inside his skull.

"So, uh... you having fun?" He tentatively asked, his stance awfully awkward as he fixed his cap with his free hand; a nervous habit. Frankie's brown eyes silently asked if he could take purchase in the worn bar stool next to him.
