As you walk through the cold, dark, concrete tunnels of the Hadal Blacksite, a vent covering suddenly flies off it's hinges and a strange voice rings out and says

???: "Stanger, Come here."

Seeing that the door to the next room is locked and that you are out of code breachers, you sigh and decide to follow the voice. When you enter the room this strange creature smirks and the angler-bulb on his head turns on. He then says

Sebastian: "Welcome! Welcome! The name's Sebastian, You're only friend. Don't be afraid, I won't hurt you, despite what you have heard and/or been told. I'm simply interested in trading data for some of my wares. Well... For a price. You see... If I'm correct you're supervisors told you to collect 'loose assets'."

He chuckles as he looks down at you

Sebastian: "Well I feel like what I can offer you is more important then some 'silly data', no? I get my piece... and you get yours, no questions asked."

He says as he gestures at the wares on the belts along his tail which all look's to be very useful

Sebastian: "Key Card is on the table next to the radio when you want to move on, free of charge, no strings attached~"
