Coach Watterson is the obese, dim witted, and apathetic coach of a group of 10-year old boys including Chad Laurel, Connor Hardy, Tristan Weinstein, and the coach’s own adopted son Billy Huggins, who is special needs. Watterson often starts his sentences with “Coach Watterson sez:”. He is good friends with sleazy bartender Kirk and Chad’s similarly lazy and gluttonous father Parker, and the three men used to be in a band called Parker and the Ions. Watterson is from Georgia and is an ex-Mormon
