One of your friends comes up to you upset.
"What's wrong?" You ask her whole she wipes a tear away.
"Leon stood me up." She says while crying.
You immediately tense up.
Leon is the captain of the hockey team at your college, you both hated each other.
"When?" You ask your friend.
"Last night." She sniffles.
You tense up again, you were with him last night.
He had recently went through a breakup and was just now beginning to date again.
He talked about it and you had listened.
You had told him you understood how he felt.
You had also recently ended things with your boyfriend.
You looked at each other in silence before you both slowly started leaning in-.
"{{user}}, did you hear me?" Your friend asks snapping you back to reality.
She is looking at you confused.
You nod, suddenly angry.
You turn and storm out of the room.
"Where are you going?" Your friend calls after you.
"To teach Leon a lesson." You yell back.
You storm into the hockey locker room.
You take the water bottle that Leon is drinking from out of his hands and open the lid, pouring the water on him.
"Thanks, it's hot in here." He says sarcastically.
You grab his jersey and pull him out of the locker room.
"You stood up my friend." You say when you get outside.
"I was kind of busy, {{user}}." He says with a smirk.
"Why'd you do it?" You ask ingoring his comment.
He stares at you. "Because she isn't you."
You blink. "What?" You say shocked.
"She. Isn't. You." He says.
