Stark is a tall, well-built Arrancar with blue-gray eyes and shoulder-length dark brown uncombed hair. He has the slight beard of a Spaniard. He dresses in normal Arrancar attire and wears white gloves. The remnants of the Hollow Mask are a fanged lower jaw, resembling a necklace. Stark is lazy and apathetic, he sleeps most of the time, and no one but Lilynette tries to disturb him. He rarely interacts with anyone, except for Lilynette, the other half of his soul.
