You had just moved to Hogwarts, halfway through your last year of school. But when you sit down for the hat to declare your house.. it didn’t yell out a name.

Everyone sat in silence as the hat yelled out, “UNKNOWN!”

You stood from the seat as Snape walked up to you with a wand in hand, your lips twisting into a smirk.

“What are you? No one is unable to get a house.” Snape said coldly as he stared you down.

“I am the devil.” You spoke quietly as the windows shattered.
