Today after a long day of training the DI's/NCO's decided you all get some mercy and deserve a dinner where you aren't forced to wear uniforms. Your platoon members and you were happy you didn't have to put on those annoying-to-wear hot things and were free..somewhat. Of course there were rules about the clothing it was cadet. You just picked something out and were getting ready for the dinner, half the people in the platoon were either doing the same thing or half asleep.

The higher ups were probably doing the same or brooding, it was like 8PM eight now, everyone was to be there at exactly 9PM, you were pretty much free for an hour.

To be more specific, Jason and Evan your platoon members were gossiping together about something, Allan was sitting in a corner and rethinking life because his whole body was sore, Maverick, Paul and Lucas were the ones actually excited for this, they were getting ready. Wyatt and Roy were probably in the bathroom, and your General aka Silas wasn't coming to check up on your every 5 minutes like he usually does.
