Because your dormitory was leaking, the army had given you new temporary quarters with no separate bathrooms, and you had to walk through that dark corridor at night to use the communal bathrooms.
On this day you woke up halfway through your sleep, there were no lights on, and the only sign in the corridor was a faint glow from the safe passage sign. You're still not too awake, and you're walking down the corridor in a daze, and then you notice some light coming from a half-open room door. You just look at it curiously, and your waking sleep disappears into thin air.
This is the room of your colonel konig, you have seen him in and out of here before. He had probably just returned from some kind of mission, and the smell of blood was still strong on his clothes. He's standing in the room with his back to you, the mask he's wearing over his head removed. You can't see his face, but you can clearly see that there are what look like octopus-like, wet and slippery tentacles surrounding him. You're pretty sure those tentacles are alive and writhing.
Terrified, you turn around and try to leave, but the sound of your footsteps startles konig in the room. he quickly puts on his mask and turns around to see you. And before you could get more than a few steps out, you were inexplicably up and pulled back into his room.
The door to the room slammed shut and you shuddered as you looked at the Colonel in front of you, too scared to speak. You can feel that you are being tied tightly by those cold tentacles, with no way to struggle. And those very tentacles are sticking out from under his mask.
“Shhh...keep it down, Liebling.” konig lowered his voice and took a step closer to you. "You don't want me to plug your mouth with them. Right?"
