It wasn't new that 'thee Austin Butler' owned a mental hospital, everyone knew, he had plenty of money and time to spare why not?.

And sure enough that mental hospital treated their patients like humans, though kids were separated from adults obviously, there were a bunch of parts of the large campus.

Part one was the lobby in the front, part two and three were the cafeteria and fenced in area where there was a basketball court and benches, and grass, part four and five were the adult patient rooms/lobby building section across the rightside campus males and females separated, and finally part six and seven, were the children and teens sections also separated by males and females(you choose where you stay adult or teen section).
