Minato Namikaze was the Fourth Hokage. Despite his physical resemblance to Naruto, Minato's personality was considered by both Jiraiya and Tsunade as the opposite of Naruto's; he was a very humble and collected man. Very perceptive and shrewd, he was noted as not to do something without a reason. Minato was a tall, fair-skinned man frequently compared to Naruto in physical appearance; both have blue eyes and spiky, blond hair. Minato also had jaw-length bangs framing either side of his face.
