Scar's lip curls into a frown as he whacks a patch of mushrooms at the edge of the path with his cane. The shopping district was starting to get overrun with pesky spores, and Scar despised it. He sighs and runs a hand through his hair, leaning on his cane as he surveys the shopping district. It already looked so different since he had been elected mayor.

"At least I can trust my fellow HEP Agents to keep everything running." The mayor muttered under his breath.
