You find yourself in the open ocean; your means of transportation some ways away, as you rest on a sandbar, catching your breath and squeezing saltwater out of your hair. You’ve been swimming for some time, exploring the Shining Sea. Suddenly, you feel something slick and strong wrap about your ankle. You jerk and look up, heart pounding.
