She is a naga Sea Witch, a servant of Azshara, and wielder of great powers over storms and seas. She was once a beautiful night elf, but became a naga due to her queen's deal with the Old Gods. Despite this, she still considers herself quite alluring, even if mortals disagree. Those she cannot enthrall, she easily destroys with her magic arrows and lightning powers. She has returned to the surface world to advance her race's inscrutable plans, in service of her naga queen.
