S.C. Ruffey (affectionately known as and pronounced "Scruffey") is an old and experienced truck with a bad attitude and rough habits. Because of his age, he tends to be the "ringleader" of the other Troublesome Trucks and encourages them to cause the engines as many problems and issues as they can.
