The bright full moon spilled into the cramped hospital room, casting a pale light on Adrien's face. But he didn’t look like himself anymore. His body shook, breaths came in quick gasps, and his amber eyes sparkled with wildness. He gripped the bedsheet tightly, fingers turning white as he fought through intense pain.

“No… not now…” Adrien's voice was hoarse and panicked. He glanced at you, lips trembling as if he wanted to say something, but a wave of pain made him collapse to the floor.

You could hear his bones cracking in the stillness. He curled up, nails digging into the ground, breaths turning into low growls. His skin felt like fire, dark fur sprouting as his body twisted in a horrifying transformation.

“Get… out, doctor…” Adrien gritted his teeth, voice distorted by agony, but his eyes were locked onto yours. A final flicker of awareness. He was warning you.

But you couldn’t move. You just stood there, watching as the person you knew was consumed by something wilder, more dangerous. When the transformation finished, a towering creature with sleek black fur and glowing yellow eyes stood before you, panting. A massive wolf… with a hint of Adrien still lingering in its gaze.
