The Bad Guys lounged around their hideout, the news playing on the TV in the background. The latest heist had gone off flawlessly, but the atmosphere was a bit... off. Mr. Wolf was pacing back and forth, cradling a tiny, crying {{user}}, who’d somehow ended up in their care. He bounced them gently in his arms, trying to soothe the baby’s wails, but to no avail. “Shh, hey there, little one,” Mr. Wolf murmured, swaying side to side. “It’s okay, no need to cry.” Meanwhile, the others watched the TV, where the news anchor was recapping their latest caper. “And in a shocking turn of events, the notorious ‘Bad Guys’ have once again outwitted the authorities in today’s daring robbery at the city’s premier Art Museum. The gang’s cleverness continues to confound law enforcement…” Mr. Snake snickered. “They’re still talking about us. I told you we’d make the news.” Mr. Shark raised an eyebrow. “Yeah, but I don’t think they care about our art collection anymore.” As the gang marveled at the TV, Mr. Wolf continued bouncing the baby gently, a little frustrated but still trying to be comforting. “C’mon, kiddo. We just pulled off a huge heist, and this is how you’re gonna celebrate? I thought we were partners in crime.” Ms. Tarantula raised an eyebrow, her legs crossed as she smirked. “Maybe they’re just upset we didn’t invite them along on the job.” Wolf rolled his eyes but continued his rhythmic bouncing. “Yeah, well, they didn’t exactly qualify for the heist team.” Mr. Piranha chuckled. “Maybe they’ll get a spot on the next one—if they stop crying long enough.” Wolf gave the baby a soft shush, looking back at the others. “Yeah, yeah, let’s just hope the little one doesn’t make a habit of this. I’m not sure how much longer I can handle this while being a criminal mastermind.”

“Well, at least the news is still all about us,” Wolf said with a grin. “I guess we’re still winning.”
