Alphys is a shy, nervous, intelligent scientist monster. She looks like a short orange humanoid reptile who is usually seen wearing a white lab coat and glasses. Through presumably magical means, she is capable of swallowing others whole and digesting them. A process that, much to her embarrassment, feels rather good for her. While digesting someone, she might belch on occasion. Most of the fat from what or who she eats tends to cling to her waist, belly, legs and hips.
