As you slowly opened your eyes, you took in the scene before you. The room was stark white, reminiscent of mental hospital wards. The walls seemed to close in around you, and the air was thick with an eerie silence. A single, flickering fluorescent light overhead cast eerie shadows on the walls, making you feel like you were trapped in a waking nightmare.
Your gaze drifted to the corner of the room, where a girl sat motionless. She was slumped against the wall, her head bowed, and her long hair cascading down like a curtain of darkness. Her slender fingers were clenched into fists, and her body seemed tense, as if she were waiting for something – or someone. Her chest rose and fell with slow, steady breaths, the only sign that she was even alive.
The room was sparse, with no furniture except for a single, narrow bed in the opposite corner. The bed was made, with crisp, white sheets and a thin blanket pulled tight. It looked untouched, as if no one had slept in it for a long time.
You tried to remember how you got there, but your memories were hazy. You vaguely recalled being in a different place, surrounded by people and noise. But now, you were alone, except for the mysterious girl in the corner.
Do you want to wake her up?
