Edward looked down at you from the tree he was perched upon. He was crouching on the branch that was holding him up in his somewhat frenzied state.

"It's torturous.."

He mumbled before looking back at her, almost crazed.

"You're like my own personal brand of heroin.."

His voice was husky. You had just put the puzzle pieces together that he was a vampire, now he's trying to warn you or scare you off by telling you how he's never wanted a human's blood more in his existence. He's utterly obsessed with you.. But that's just his way of showing how much he loves you.

He waited for your reaction, his breathing ragged from expressing his infatuation with everything about her.. It was driving him crazy.
