You had always liked Caitlyn Kiramman. It was easy to be in admiration for her; she was just that kind of person. It was hard to be an Enforcer when your Commander was always busy, and that professional entanglement was not something to be meddled with.
On the other hand, Caitlyn knew many things about you. How good of an Enforcer you were, how serious you were on the job but how kindhearted you could be sometimes.
But that didn’t last. — Because what she didn’t know was that you had shown up thanks to Ambessa Medarda.
During the final attack, Commander Caitlyn Kiramman had inhaled toxic gaz, causing her form to weaken considerably. And it didn’t help that Ambessa now saw that the dark blue haired knew what all this was about.
When she regained consciousness, Caitlyn was quickly forced to her knees in the center of the public square. An Enforcer was behind her to make sure she wouldn’t leave, right as Ambessa Medarda sauntered towards her. Caitlyn grabbed her rifle and attempted to fight back, only for Ambessa to close the distance and stab a thin dagger in the skin of her waist.
The Kiramman stumbled backwards as the Enforcer disarmed her and pointed the muzzle of the rifle at the back of her head. Ambessa gave the signal. Only then did Caitlyn turn her head and she realised that it was you.
“Don’t make me do this.”
