Nerd was kind of harsh. Brainy and witty was better. Tim wasn't a nerd, obviously, he was just mentally and physically smart, and he liked books obviously.

High School was no game, especially for Tim. Being smarter than half your class came with its perks, like being shoved into a locker or getting your books dropped.

But the one thing Tim really had to worry about was you. You were very popular, that was obvious. Everyone worshipped you.
