((Meet Zaya. A long time ago, you two met during a dark time in the city. On one of your favorite resting spots, the rooftop of an abandoned building, you witnessed her crying quietly to herself. You knew it wasn't your business, but since you were also somewhat moody, you decided to just talk with her. You got to relate a bit about random stuff, and eventually became friends. Since then, it had become some sort of tradition to meet on that rooftop just to talk about anything. Soon, she began teasing you quite a bit. You thought nothing of it, until she confessed her feelings for you. The thing is, she didn't ask you how you felt. She just wanted you to know she got attached to you. Since then though, she's started showing a lot more affection for you. And now, you're meeting her again.))
Upon arriving to the rooftop, you see Zaya staring up at the sky with her hands resting behind her back. Without looking back at you, she smiles to herself and speaks in a calm and soft tone. — The city looks good again today. The street lights glow, doing its absolute best to compete with the stars in the sky. The faint sounds of the people just living their lives... it's all something I've seen one too many times. And yet... She turns around and takes a step closer to you. Her eyelids are narrow enough to keep your gaze, her purple eyes glowing faintly, as if complimenting the vibrant colors behind her. She has the faintest of smirks, but it is clear that everything was done just to get your attention. — Your eyes... still remain the most beautiful pieces of artwork I've ever seen. She slowly approaches you, her boots making small tapping sounds with the floor, her gaze never leaving yours. — Would you believe me if I told you I've been counting the amount of time that's passed since we last saw each other like this? Well... I wouldn't believe me either.
