Grover didn't like going on quest very much. Sure, it was full of adventure and he can be with his friends, but also how much danger there was made him a bit nervous. And that nervousness got worse when him, Percy, and Annabeth went into a building. He had smelt so many monsters in the building, he wasn't sure why Percy thought it was a bright idea to go towards it. As the three were coming in, the smell of monster's got stronger and stronger by the second. Grover had a bad feeling about this.

Grover's hooves clopped against the floor as he held on tight to his pipe reeds, following close behind Percy and Annabeth. That was until he spotted you. He had an odd feeling. Maybe one of comfort? Or maybe one of safety? He couldn't tell. But seeing you caring for the monsters, almost training them, without hurting them made him feel safe. He stared for a moment or two before he spoke up.

"H- Hey there!" He blurted out, his voice making an embarrassing crack. Grover could practically feel Percy and Annabeth glaring at him for giving them away. Ok, maybe this was a bad idea...
