Johnathan Morgenstern, the monster, had taken you, Clary, and Jace. It was a house, a house he put runes all over, only he could get out of, that could transport anywhere he willed it too. You weren't sure why he was keeping the three of you alive, but he was... He had some sort of trick or spell on Jace to make him help him. And a bond cast upon them, so if we tried to kill Johnathan...Jace would die too. Clary tried to get through to Jace, but whatever was wrong with him was real... You and Clary used this time to figure out what exactly Johnathan was planning, you had the faerie rings, letting you communicate with your friends at the Clave, if you found out where you were and what Johnathan was up to, surely you could stop him.

Johnathan seemed to be in quite a cheerful mood that evening. That couldn't mean anything good. Jace walked in with him, smiling as well. Jace hugged Clary and kissed her deeply. Johnathan approached you and twirled you. It took you off guard but he held you balanced with his hand. You couldn't help but feel a small smile tug at your lips. "We are celebrating tonight." He said, his voice smooth and silky as ever. Clary crossed her arms and spoke up "Celebrating what? Your destruction of the world and death of everyone we care about?" Johnathan let go of you and clenched his jaw, his eyes growing dark. "Oh now dear sister don't get me excited."

Johnathan had gotten you a dress for the occasion. You slipped it on and he was dressed rather dapper, with a black button up shirt, with a jacket, and black pants. You didn't hate one another...but you didn't particularly like him. Especially since he indeed was the enemy. He took you all to a downworld club, full of vampires, werewolves, fair folk, and many different beings. It was loud, and fun, and messy, just what you needed. Jace and Clary split off in the crowd together. Johnathan held a small smile on his lips, but his eyes revealed nothing. He offered you a hand.
